Elsa Marman

Meet Elsa Marman

Hello, I’m Elsa "Just E" Marman — wife, mom, social entrepreneur, Learning and Development Specialist, Enterprise Development Project Manager, and Master of Ceremonies with over 10 years of experience in entrepreneurship, training, facilitation, and people development.

My journey hasn’t been a straight line. I was a college dropout after falling pregnant at 19 and only completed my diploma 13 years later.

Without formal career support, I had to carve my own path — leaning on my elderly grandparents, my aunt and uncle, my networking abilities, and pure persistence to achieve my goals.

Today, I hold a Diploma in Financial Management, an Advanced Certificate in Human Resources from UCT GetSmarter, I am SETA-accredited in Training and Facilitation, and I am currently completing my PGDBA at TSIBA Business School.

My passion is simple: to equip people with the knowledge and skills to grow, perform, and thrive.
